- 16 ounces cream cheese (two 8-ounce packages
- 2 cups blue cheese crumbles
- 2 chicken breasts, poached and shredded or use canned chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Poach and shred two chicken breasts.
Heat the cream cheese in the microwave until easily spreadable.
Blend in blue cheese, chicken, shredded cheddar, and buffalo wing sauce.
Spread mixture in an 8x8-inch baking dish and optionally, sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until brown on top.
Serve with celery sticks, tortilla chips, crackers, etc!
Note: It’s best to shred the cheese yourself, store-bought shredded cheese is usually covered with a coating that means it doesn’t melt quite as well.
Note: We used ¼ cup of hot sauce but you can use more or less depending on the spice level you like.
