This simple, homemade salsa is made from scratch with a handful of fresh ingredients, including tomatoes, cilantro, and spices.
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 lime juice
- 1 small handful cilantro
Place all the ingredients into a 5-cup blender.
Blend until desired consistency is reached. You can make this extra chunky or smooth depending on how long you blend it for.
When the salsa is done, pour into a bowl. Serve warm or cold.
