This simple, homemade salsa is made from scratch with a handful of fresh ingredients like tomatoes, cilantro, and spices.

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • ½ yellow onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • juice from 1 lime
  • small handful of cilantro


  • Place all ingredients into a 5-cup blender.
  • Blend until desired consistency is reached. You can make this more chunky or smooth!
  • When the salsa is done, pour into a bowl; serve warm or cold.


TIP: This recipe will be gobbled up fast and if you are making it for a crowd, we'd recommend you make a double batch.
TIP: For the best flavor, pop this salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
