This simple, homemade salsa is made from scratch with a handful of fresh ingredients, including tomatoes, cilantro, and spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 small handful cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients into a 5-cup blender.
  • Blend until desired consistency is reached. You can make this extra chunky or smooth depending on how long you blend it for.
  • When the salsa is done, pour into a bowl. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

  • This recipe will be gobbled up fast and if you are making it for a crowd, we'd recommend you make a double batch.
  • For the best flavor, pop this salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
