  • 1/2 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 pounds ready-made meatballs thawed


  • Place the hot sauce, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar in a skillet on the grill.
  • Whisk or stir while heating until a consistent sauce forms, about 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt before adding the meatballs.
  • Cook the meatballs thoroughly, about 5 minutes, coating completely in the sauce.
  • Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve with skewers and plenty of Bounty Paper Towels.
