Ingredients

  • 12 mini pretzels
  • 6 marshmallows halved
  • cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons corn oil
  • Snowflake sprinkles

Instructions

  • Set a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet.
  • Lay the pretzels on top of the rack and then place half of a marshmallow on each pretzel.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter chips and 1 teaspoon of corn oil in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each increment.
  • Add a spoonful of the melted peanut butter chips on top of each marshmallow and let set.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of corn oil in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each increment.
  • Pour melted chocolate over each marshmallow pretzel.
  • Sprinkle snowflake sprinkles on top of the chocolate.
  • Adjust each pretzel slightly to break any drips attached to the wire rack.
  • Serve once the chocolate has set completely.

Notes

TIP: Using the cooling rack will allow any excess chocolate to drip through and not pool around the base of the pretzels.
TIP: To easily cut marshmallows in half, very lightly coat scissors or a knife with cooking spray so that the marshmallow doesn't stick to them.
