Mocha Syrup

  • ½ cup Simple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Iced Mocha Coffee

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Mocha Syrup
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cream or milk
  • ice
  • cold pre-brewed coffee or instant coffee, instant espresso


Mocha Syrup

  • Whisk the mocha syrups ingredients together until smooth.

Iced Mocha Coffee

  • Fill mug or glass sized mug with ice
  • Add Mocha Syrup and cream
  • Fill remainder with cold pre-brewed coffee, instant coffee, or instant espresso.
  • Stir the drink well.
  • If a sweeter version is wanted, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of raw or white sugar.


PRO TIP: To make the simple syrup, combine 1 part water and 1 part sugar in a saucepan on the stove on medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves. Let cool and use in your recipes.
PRO TIP: Put the mocha syrup in a squeeze bottle for easy dispensing and storage.
PRO TIP: You could make coffee ice cubes in an ice cube tray so that when the coffee cubes melt, your coffee won't become watered down.
