  • 8 ounces full fat cream cheese softened
  • ½ tablespoon roasted garlic paste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt

  • In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, garlic paste, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  • Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 glass or casserole baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic salt or any seasonings you desire.
  • Pat cream cheese mixture over chicken breasts until they are fully coated.
  • Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the cheese coating is browned and bubbly.

TIP: Need garlic paste? You can make your own! Use 1 pound of peeled garlic cloves and combine with 2 tablespoons of any neutral-flavored oil. Blend in a blender and pulse garlic and oil mixture until it’s smooth.
TIP: For best results, Cut the chicken into fillets. This will help the overall taste, tenderness, and cook time!
TIP: The chicken is cooked through when a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
