Potato Chip Chicken Tenders

Potato chip chicken tenders are crunchy, tender, delicious chicken tenders. The simple breading is made using your favorite potato chips!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 8.5 oz favorite ruffles chips crushed

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine.
  • In a separate bowl add eggs, whisk to combine.
  • In a third separate bowl add crushed chips.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using tongs, dip chicken in flour, then dip chicken in egg wash, then dip the chicken in the crushed potato chips making sure to coat the entire piece. 
  • Place the chicken strips on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
