Potato Chip Chicken Tenders
Potato chip chicken tenders are crunchy, tender, delicious chicken tenders. The simple breading is made using your favorite potato chips!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 4 eggs beaten
- 8.5 oz favorite ruffles chips crushed
In a medium mixing bowl add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl add eggs, whisk to combine.
In a third separate bowl add crushed chips.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using tongs, dip chicken in flour, then dip chicken in egg wash, then dip the chicken in the crushed potato chips making sure to coat the entire piece.
Place the chicken strips on the parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
