Ingredients
1.5cupsalmonds7oz
6tbspbrown sugar
4tbspwater
1tbspcinnamon
1tspvanilla extractoptional
Instructions
First, put some parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside.
Then place all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl that has a lid.
Turn your microwave on full power (or 1000 watts) and cook the almonds with the lid on for 2 minutes.
Take out of the microwave and stir.
Cook another 2 minutes and stir again.
Cook for another 60 seconds and stir for the last time.
If needed, you can cook for another 30 seconds.
Spread the almonds on your baking sheet and let them dry.
Place in an airtight container.
