In a large skillet, add the water, shredded turkey, green chilies, and taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until the turkey is reheated.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
On an ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange the crescent dough triangles in a ring so the short sides of the triangles form a 6-inch circle in the center. (Place a small bowl in the center to help with arranging the crescent dough). The dough will overlap.
Spoon the turkey meat over the wide section of the roll close to the center. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bring each triangle tip up over the filling, tucking it under the bottom layer of dough to secure it.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until ring turns a golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Place a bowl salsa in the center of the ring for dipping.
Garnish with shredded lettuce, if desired.

Notes
You can bake your turkey breast in the oven, in your Instant Pot, or use leftover turkey.
Placing a small bowl in the center will help you arrange the crescent roll triangles.
It's best to grate cheese at home, as pre-shredded cheese tends to be coated with a preservative that prevents it from melting completely.
Oven temperatures vary and may need to be recalibrated periodically to ensure they are accurate. Make sure to check your taco ring at the lower end of the recommended baking time.
