Instant Pot Hot Chocolate
Creamy and irresistible, this rich, tasty homemade Instant Pot hot chocolate is an easy spin on classic hot cocoa that is ready in only ten minutes with seven ingredients.
- 8 cups whole milk
- 4 cups of half and half
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Add all ingredients to your Instant Pot and stir.
Make sure the lid is on and set to "sealing" then use the "pressure cook" setting for five minutes. When the time is up, allow the pressure to naturally release for five minutes before carefully opening the valve to release the remaining pressure and then removing the lid.
Stir again before serving and keep on the warming setting.
