3ouncesstrawberry Jello powder
1cupcottage cheeselow-fat, small curd
1cupcrushed pineapplewell drained

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the thawed Cool Whip and the gelatin powder until the powder begins to dissolve and the mixture is smooth.
Gently fold in the cottage cheese, drained crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries until evenly combined.
Top with thinly sliced strawberries, then serve right away or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
If you’re using large curd cottage cheese, you may need to drain off any excess liquid before adding it to the gelatin mixture.
Stir the ingredients gently so the fruit holds its shape and doesn’t break apart.
