  • 4-15 ounce cans of peaches in 100% juice
  • 2 cups yellow cake mix
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup Brummel and Brown
  • 1 cup peach juice divided


  • Drain peaches and reserve 1 cup of peach juice.
  • Spread the peaches in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, pour in cake mix, add cinnamon and nutmeg. Use a pastry cutter to cut in Brummel and Brown.
  • Stir in half a cup of peach juice and mix until smooth.
  • Spread over the top of peaches. Pour remaining half cup of peach juice around the edges of the peaches and shake to settle.
  • Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with ice cream and chopped pecans.
