Ingredients

stick of butter
4-5
white peaches
1 ½
cups
of sugar

cup
of self-rising flour
1
cup
of milk
1
teaspoon
of cinnamon
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
On stove top, melt one stick of butter.
Add sliced peaches and 1/2 cup of sugar over a low heat for about 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of self-rising flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Stir till batter is smooth. Pour batter over the top of peaches. Do not stir.
The crust rises to the top as the cobbler bakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
