Crockpot Strawberry-Cranberry Crumble Dessert

Ingredients

For the first (fruit) layer

  • 3 cups strawberries I used frozen
  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the topping

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter cold
  • 2/3 cup quick oats

Instructions

  • Place strawberries, cranberries, flour, sugar, and vanilla together in the crockpot and stir well.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and oats. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Evenly spread oat mixture over fruit topping.
  • Cover crockpot and cook on low 2-3 hours, or high for 1 hour.
