PAN FRIED BANANAS IN COCONUT OIL

Ingredients
Banana

coconut oil
powdered sugar
Instructions
Use medium heat.
Cut two medium sized bananas into slices.
Pan fry them in 2 tablespoons coconut oil, about 4 minutes on each side (or until golden).
Remove from pan and place them on paper towel to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
