Ingredients
CRUST

cup
melted butter

graham wafer crumbs

block of light cream cheese

can sweetened condensed milk

lemonade made from Country Time Lemonade Starters

drop of yellow food coloring
TOPPING
half a carton of heavy whipping cream
whipped
one lemon rind
Instructions
Mix ingredients and spread evenly in the bottom of your serving dishes.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Crust and cake must sit in the fridge at least three hours or overnight before whipped topping is added.
Garnish with paper straws and a lemon wedge. I also tied a bit of ribbon on for a pop of color. Makes 4 cheesecakes in small mason jars.
