Ingredients
2½cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonbaking powder
1½cupswhole milk
6tablespoonsmayonnaise
1 to 2tablespoonsmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup (or two 6-cup) muffin tin and set aside.
Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder.
Stir in milk and mayonnaise until all ingredients are combined.
Divide batter between 12 muffin tin cavities.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Place on the top shelf under the broiler for an additional 3-5 minutes until tops are browned.
Allow dinner rolls to cool for 5 minutes in pan.
Remove from tin and place in a serving basket to keep warm until serving.
