- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 large yellow onion chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper chopped
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 can 4 oz tomato sauce
- 2 15.5- ounce cans hot chili beans
- 2 16- ounce cans kidney beans
- 1 15.25- ounce can corn
Sauté onion, green and red bell peppers, and garlic for about 5 minutes, until soft.
Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and onion powder and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, chili beans, kidney beans, and corn. Stir well to combine.
Bring chili to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
