Instant Pot Brown Rice
Easy and tender, this fluffy brown rice is ready in less than 15 minutes with the Instant Pot!
- 2 cups dry brown rice
- 2 ½ cups water
Rinse rice well in a mesh strainer, thoroughly drain.
Add Rice and water to Instant Pot, stir to combine.
Place and lock lid and set valve to sealing.
Press the Manual button twice to turn off keep warm function and set for 15 minutes on High pressure.
Allow to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release to remove any remaining pressure.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
