SHEPHERD'S PIE

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 pounds potatoes – 4 tablespoons butter, half a stick – ¼ cup sour cream – ¼ to ½ cup milk – Salt and pepper to taste – 1 pound ground beef – 1 small onion, diced – 2 cloves of garlic, minced – 2 cups of frozen peas, carrot, and corn medley – 2 tablespoons flour – ½ cup beef broth – 1 tablespoon tomato paste – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire  – 1 teaspoon rosemary – ½ teaspoon thyme – 1 bay leaf

Boil potatoes then season and mash.

Cook ingredients in a large skillet

Place ingredients in dish and top with mashed potatoes

Bake for 30 minutes
