SAUSAGE HASHBROWN BITES

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp salt – 2 tbsp salted butter melted – 1 lb mild breakfast sausage – 1 1/2 cup colby-jack cheese grated – 16 oz bag frozen hash browns thawed – 8 oz cream cheese sliced and softened – 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped

Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt

Drizzle in melted butter

Mix until it forms a crumbled mixture

Mix in sausage and cheese

Add hash browns and cream cheese

Beat until fully mixed

Scoop balls of the mixture on to sheet

Bake for 25 mins at 400

Garnish with parsley
