SALISBURY STEAK

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 ½ lb Laura’s Lean Ground Beef – ½ cup Italian bread crumbs – 2 tablespoon ketchup – 2 teaspoon dry mustard – 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 3 beef bouillon cube – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon pepper – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 medium yellow onion  – 8 ounces cremini mushrooms  – 2 cups hot water – 2 teaspoon cornstarch – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – 1 tablespoon butter

Whisk together gravy ingredients

In separate bowl, combine meat ingredients

Form meat into 6 equal oval patties

Brown patties in a skillet, remove, then drain all but 1 tbsp of grease

Cook onions on skillet

Add minced garlic and butter

Add 1/2 cup of gravy mixture

Add mushrooms

Add remainder of gravy mixture

Return patties to gravy and cover patties with gravy
