PEANUT BUTTER LAVA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 14-ounce package premade pie crusts – 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, Skippy worked best compared to JIF and Adam's all natural peanut butter – 1 cup granulated sugar

Roll pie crust with rolling pin

Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles

Spoon on 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter

Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp of sugar

Place a second pie piece over

Pinch the edges together

Gently toss cookies in sugar

Place on a baking sheet

Bake for 7-8 mins at 425

Gently toss cookies in sugar again
