CHICKEN PARMESAN PASTA

ONE POT

INGREDIENTS:

– 3 chicken breasts – 2 tsp italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp garlic salt – 1 medium yellow onion – 1 tbsp garlic paste – 16 oz dried rigatoni pasta – 1 24-oz jar Ragu Old World Traditional Pasta Sauce – 24 oz chicken stock – 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese – 2 tbsp fresh parsley – salt and pepper to taste

In a dutch oven add oil, chicken, and seasonings then combine

Cook until chicken is most of the way cooked through

Stir in onion and garlic paste then cook for 5-7 mins

Pour in pasta sauce

Add chicken broth

Add rigatoni pasta then stir to combine

Cover and cook on a low simmer for 12-14 mins

Add mozzarella cheese then stir

Top pasta with mozzarella and parmesan

Cover and let melt

Garnish with fresh parsley
