NO KNEAD BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

– 3 cups all purpose flour – 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt – 2 teaspoons active dry yeast – 1 1/2 cups warm water, 105 degrees F – 1/2 cup parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup flour, for cutting board – Italian seasonings, optional – rosemary, optional – roasted garlic, optional – fresh herbs, optional

Add warm water and active dry yeast  let sit for 10-15 mins

In separate bowl add flour, salt, and parmesan

Pour in the yeast/water mixture

Mix together with a large spoon

Cover with wrap and sit for 18-24 hrs at room temperature

Place dough on board then coat with flour and shape into ball

Place dough in preheated HOT dutch oven and cover

Place dutch oven in the oven and cook for 45 mins
