MEATBALL PARMESAN

INGREDIENTS:

– Lean ground beef – Italian ground pork – Italian breadcrumbs – Whole milk – Garlic – Italian seasoning – Onion powder – Dried parsley – Parmesan cheese – Salt – Pepper – Eggs – Pasta sauce – Mozzarella cheese – Fresh basil

Place ingredients in a large bowl

Use your hands to mix all ingredients

Use an ice cream scoop to form meatballs

Place meatballs on foil lined cast iron skillet

Cook for 25 mins at 400 then remove

Pour ½ of pasta sauce on skillet then add meatballs

Pour remaining sauce and mozzarella over meatballs

Cover the cast iron skillet with foil

Bake for 35 mins at 375
