– 1 pound lean ground beef – 1/2 white onion – 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce – 32 ounces cottage cheese – 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated – 2 teaspoons dried parsley – salt and pepper to taste – 9 lasagna noodles

Brown beef, add sauce, then simmer

Mix cottage, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper

In dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of sauce mixture

Cover with uncooked lasagna noodles

Top with 1 3/4 cup of  cheese mixture

Repeat layers twice
