HOT CHOCOLATE BOMBS

INGREDIENTS:

– 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips – 4 tablespoons hot cocoa mix – 3/4 cup mini marshmallows – 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Place 2/3 of chocolate in bowl

Microwave chocolate and stir

Add remaining chocolate pieces

Stir until mostly melted

Microwave for 15 secs

Coat inside of each candy mold

Clean up any excess chocolate on surface

Refrigerator for 3-5 mins

Gently pop out chocolate

Press 1/2 of chocolate molds down on heated plate

Place cocoa and marshmallows in other 1/2

Press empty and filled chocolate molds together

Drizzle melted white chocolate over

Add chocolate bomb to mug

Fill with 8 oz of steamed milk

Stir once bomb has dissolved
