INGREDIENTS:

– 2 lb lean ground beef – 1 large egg – 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs – 1/4 cup milk – 2 cloves minced garlic – 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded – 1/4 cup white onion diced – 28 g package dry ranch seasoning mix

Place all ingredients in a bowl

Stir together until well mixed

Tightly pack mixture into ball shapes

Space an inch apart on sheets

Bake for 10 mins at 425

Remove from oven and turn meatballs over

Bake for an additional 10 mins
