CRISPY HONEY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken breasts – Flour – Cumin – Chili powder – Ground coriander – Onion powder – Salt and black pepper – Buttermilk – Honey – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Rice vinegar – Red pepper flakes – Cornstarch – Green onions – Sesame seeds – White rice

In a pan add honey sauce ingredients excluding cornstarch

Whisk until combined

Whisk in cornstarch and water mixture

In a bowl combine flour and seasonings

Dip chicken in flour, dip in buttermilk, then dip back into flour

Cook chicken in hot oil for 5 to 7 mins

Remove chicken then place on paper towel lined plate

Place chicken in bowl then pour honey sauce on top

Serve over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
