INGREDIENTS:

– 3/4 cup flour – 1 cup yellow cornmeal – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 1/2 cup buttermilk – 1/3 cup melted butter – 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar

In separate bowl whisk together buttermilk, butter, and slightly beaten eggs

Stir both mixtures together

Spread batter evenly into a baking dish

Bake on 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min
