INGREDIENTS:

– 3 extra large eggs room temperature – 1/4 tsp cream of tartar – 3 tbsp cream cheese softened (or three tbsp greek yogurt) – 1/8 tsp kosher salt

Separate egg whites and yolks

Add tartar to egg whites

Whip egg whites for 3 mins

Add salt and cream cheese to egg yolks

Whisk until smooth

Fold egg whites into yolk mixture

Divide into 6 mounds on paper

Bake for 25-30 mins at 300

Let bread cool for 5-10 mins
