– Unsalted butter – Yellow onion – Garlic – Mushrooms – Celery – All-purpose flour – Chicken broth – Milk – Heavy cream – Carrots – Russet potatoes – Frozen peas and corn – Chicken breast – Italian seasoning – Garlic powder – Dried thyme – Salt and pepper – Bay leaves – Fresh parsley

Cook butter, onion, garlic, celery, and mushrooms
