CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

– 6 cups penne – 3 chicken breasts – 1 ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper – 3 tbsp Ranch dressing mix –  Stick of butter  – olive oil – ⅔ cup onion – 2 tsp minced garlic – ½ cup flour – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp dried basil – 3 cups chicken broth – 1 cup heavy cream – ½ cup shaved parmesan cheese – ¼ sun-dried tomatoes – 3 cups Italian style cheese

Combine chicken and spices and fry in butter

Sautee onion and garlic in same pan

Add dry ingredients and broth, stir well

Add heavy cream and parmesan

Add bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce

Put in casserole dish. Top with cheese, bacon and parsley.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes
