QUESADILLAS

CHEESY BEEF

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 tbsp butter, divided – 1 lb ground beef – 1 tbsp garlic paste – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp salt – 1 can tomato sauce with basil garlic, oregano – ½ tsp red pepper flakes  – 8 10-inch flour tortillas – 4.5 cups colby jack cheese

In a skillet over medium heat add  beef

Cook until brown then drain

Add garlic paste, onion powder, salt, sauce, and flakes

Stir well to combine

In separate skillet melt butter

Place tortilla on skillet

Add cheese

Add beef mixture

Add more cheese

Lay tortilla on top and spread butter over

Cook until cheese is melted
