CHEESE BURGER SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

– Ground beef – Unsalted butter – White onion – Carrots – Celery – Italian seasoning – Oregano – Salt – Black pepper – Russet potatoes – Chicken broth – All-purpose flour – Sharp cheddar cheese – 2% milk – Sour cream

Cook beef, drain, then set aside

Sauté vegetables with seasonings

Add in beef, potatoes, and broth

Simmer on low for 10-12 mins

In a separate pan add melted butter and flour

Stir until well blended

Add roux to the soup
