INGREDIENTS:

– 1 lb lean hamburger 92% – 1 onion chopped – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 2 tsp minced garlic – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp chili powder – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp tomato paste – 15 oz can diced tomatoes – 3 beef bouillon cubes – 2 cups dried large elbow macaroni – 1 cup sour cream – 1/4 cup whole milk – 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese – 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese

In a saucepan add ground beef

Cook beef then drain grease

Add onion, garlic, and seasonings

Cook for 5-7 mins

Add tomato paste

Add worcestershire sauce

Add diced tomatoes

Stir together

Add elbow macaroni noodles

Add beef bouillon broth

Simmer for 10 mins

Add sour cream

Add milk

Pour ½ of mixture into dish

Sprinkle ½ of mozzarella and cheddar

Pour in remaining casserole

Sprinkle on remaining cheeses

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 mins
