CABBAGE ROLL SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 lb lean ground beef – 1 medium yellow onion diced finely – 1 cup baby carrots chopped – 1 tbsp garlic paste – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp ground black pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp paprika – 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 1/2 head cabbage – 5 cups beef broth – 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes – 16 oz can tomato sauce – 2 tbsp ketchup – 2 bay leaf – 1/2 cup long-grain white rice – Parsley

Cook ground beef then drain

Add onions, carrots, and garlic paste

Stir to combine then cook for 5-7 mins

Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings

Stir to combine

Add cabbage to pot

Cook for 2-3 mins

Add beef broth

Add tomatoes, sauce, ketchup, bay leaves, and rice

Bring to boil then simmer for 30 mins

Remove bay leaves
