CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

– 3 tbsp olive oil – 1 lb ground beef – 1 medium yellow onion diced finely – 1 tbsp minced garlic – 1/2 tsp dried parsley – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp paprika – 1/2 tsp italian seasoning – 2 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tsp pepper – 1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes – 1 1/4 cup water – 1 tsp worcestershire sauce – 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes  – 15 oz canned tomato sauce – 1 cup minute rice – 1 beef bouillon cube – 3 tbsp butter – 1 head cabbage – 2.5 cup mozzarella cheese  – chopped parsley

Boil 1 cup water, butter, and beef bouillon

Stir in rice then cover pot

In a soup pot cook hamburger

Add onions and garlic then cook for 5-7 mins

Add seasonings then cook for 2 mins

Add tomatoes and sauce then cook for 5 mins

Add cooked rice to mixture

Stir well

In separate skillet add cabbage, salt, pepper, and butter

Cook for 5 mins

Add cabbage to meat mixture

Stir well to combine

Add to baking dish

Top with mozzarella

Cook at 350 degrees for 55 mins
