BETTER THAN TAKE OUT FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:

– Jasmine rice – Vegetable oil – Vidalia onion – Garlic – Frozen peas and carrots – Eggs – Sesame oil – Soy sauce – Green onions – Cilantro

Cook onions and garlic for 2-3 mins

Add peas and carrots then cook for 1-2 mins

Add cooked rice then cook for 2-3 mins

Crack eggs into the middle of pan

Scramble the eggs

Stir eggs into the rice

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil then pour over rice

Stir until rice is evenly coated with sauce
