BEEF STROGANOFF

INGREDIENTS:

– 12 oz egg noodles cooked – 1 lb top sirloin cut into thin strips – 2 tsp minced garlic and pepper – 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp butter – ¾ lb mushrooms sliced thick – 1/3 cup onion chopped – 2 tsp minced garlic – 2 tbsp flour – 1 ½ cups beef broth – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard – ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce – ½ cup sour cream

Cook steak for 1 min on each side then remove

Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic

Saute until tender

Add flour and cook for 1 min

Gradually add beef broth

Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire, and sour cream

Boil then simmer for 5 to 7 mins

Return beef to skillet along with the juices

Simmer for 1 min

Serve over egg noodles
