BEEF AND SHELLS

INGREDIENTS:

– 8 oz pasta shells – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 pound ground beef – ½ medium onion – 2 cloves garlic – 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon mustard powder – 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 2 cups beef stock – 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce – ¾ cup heavy cream – Salt and pepper to taste – 6 oz shredded cheese

Cook beef until brown, then remove

Cook onion then stir in garlic and seasonings

Whisk in flour

Gradually whisk in beef stock

Whisk in tomato paste

Stir in pasta, beef, and heavy cream
