BANG BANG SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 lb medium shrimp  – 1/2 cup mayonnaise – 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce – 1 egg beaten – 1 cup buttermilk – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs – 1 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp paprika – vegetable oil

In a bowl add mayo and sauces

Whisk to combine

In separate bowl add egg and buttermilk

Whisk to combine

In separate bowl add flour, bread crumbs, and seasonings

Whisk to combine

Dip each shrimp in flour mixture

Dip shrimp in egg mixture

Place on plate and refrigerator for 20-30 mins

Fry shrimp in hot oil for 3 mins total

Place on a paper towel lined plate

Coat shrimp with sauce
