BANANA UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

– 2/3 cup brown sugar packed – 5 tbsp salted butter melted – 3 bananas sliced into 1/3 inch slices – 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp baking powder – pinch salt – 1 tsp ground cinnamon – 3/4 cup brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 3 medium bananas mashed – 1/2 cup buttermilk – 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 1/2 cup oil – 2 eggs

Combine brown sugar and butter

Spread out in a round cake pan

Place banana slices on top

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

Mash bananas with fork

In bowl add sugars, banana, buttermilk, vanilla, oil, and eggs

Blend to combine

Add mixtures together

Use a spoon to combine

Pour batter over bananas

Bake for 45 mins at 350
