BALSAMIC GLAZED STEAK ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

– 1/4 cup dark balsamic vinegar – 3 tbsp red wine – 2 tbsp dark brown sugar – 2 cloves garlic, cut in half – 2 sprigs fresh rosemary – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1/4 tsp salt – 2 tsp cornstarch – 1/4 cup beef broth – 1/2 large red bell pepper  – 1/2 large green bell pepper  – 1 small zucchini – 1/2 medium yellow onion – 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms – 8 pieces thinly sliced sirloin steak  – 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves  – 3 tbsp olive oil, divided

In small bowl add the cornstarch into  broth

In saucepan add ingredients then bring to a boil

Stir in broth mixture then simmer

Add vegetables and seasoning to skillet

Lightly brush both sides of steak with olive oil

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary

Place vegetables inside of steak

Roll up steak and secure with toothpick

Add steak rolls to skillet

Cook steak rolls until desired doneness

Remove rosemary sprigs and garlic cloves from glaze

Serve glaze over steak rolls
