INGREDIENTS:

– 2 cups self-rising flour  – 2 cups greek yogurt – Egg wash, 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp water – Melted butter – Sesame seeds – Poppy seeds – Dried onion flakes – Mini chocolate chips

Mound flour then scoop yogurt into center

Use hands to mix together until it forms a dough

Continue kneading until it has some elasticity

Form a ball with the dough

Slice into 8 separate pieces

Roll each piece into a circle to form a bagel

Place bagels on a pan

Brush bagels with egg wash

Bake for 18-20 mins

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with toppings

Bake at 500 for 3-5 mins
