Bright primary colors, combined with red and white circus stripes, provide a fun backdrop for cute themed decorations, cupcakes, balloons and party games. This is one boy’s circus birthday party you don’t want to miss!

Guests were welcomed “under the big top” by a rolly-polly Ringmaster cardboard cutout inviting party goers to get their tickets.
I am sure this foreshadowed all of the fun circus party and carnival activities to come.
There was also an amazing display of dress-up props for “clowning around”. I can just imagine all of the cute, pint-sized clowns running around the party!
Michelle knows that in order to pull off the greatest birthday on earth, impressive dessert and beverage tables are a must!
Using fun circus and carnival themed props like a ferris wheel treat holder, circus cupcake picks and a variety of stripes added a lot of energy to the display.
Some of my favorite details from the dessert table are the adorable ice cream cone clown hats and marshmallow dumbbells.
Other clever dessert offerings included fairy floss (cotton candy), elephant shaped sugar cookies, lollipops and giant freckles.
Her refreshment table included popcorn and drinks.
Michelle dressed up ordinary soda bottles with festive circus labels; they really made her refreshment table shine.
Outdoors, the colorful circus party details continued. Pennant flags and clown balloons added to the festive party decorations.
I love how Michelle designed her tabletop using an eye-catching aqua colored tablecloth with bright circus party plates and big top drinking cups.
(Aren’t those the cutest cups you;ve ever seen?)
The red and blue chair pads provided a nice pop of color against the white chairs, too.
Nothing brings the magic to a circus party quite like carnival games.
Under the big tent, or close by it, Michelle had several stations set up with exciting games and activities.
From face painting to a duck pond game, to various toss games, one and all were invited to come join in some big top fun.
