OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS

This recipe is great for a crowd as it makes a lot! You can easily halve it for a smaller family.

STEP ONE: Beat the cream cheese and creamy peanut butter for 1 to 1½ minutes until smooth.

Use a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl and a handheld mixer on medium-high speed.

PRO TIP:

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature, so you don’t end up with lumps in your creamy dessert.

STEP TWO: Sprinkle the pudding mix over the peanut butter mixture. Lower the mixer speed to medium-low.

Drizzle in the milk while mixing until well incorporated.
