Every year at about this I’m-tired-of-winter-already stage, I feel the need to pamper myself with beauty products and surround myself with comfort food. But because of my busy schedule, most often my beauty routine includes a promissory note. Not this year. I’ve found things that are doable.
What’s one of the first things you notice when you look in the mirror? I give my face the once over and then I look at my hair.
Ever notice how a good hair day is a boon to your mood? When you think you look better, you smile more—and the world smiles back.
At least, that’s how it’s supposed to work. Some people still won’t smile. Smile anyway. You’ll feel happier.
But the deal is you’ve got to find a way to have more good hair days.
The solution: Garnier Whole Blends. Garnier’s new Moroccan Argan & Camellia Oils Marvelous shampoo, conditioner, and oil is awesome!
My hair tends to have dry ends but if I use too much conditioner, it ends up looking flat and I hate flat hair. And in winter or high humidity days I also fight frizz. It’s an exasperating combo.
With my busy work schedule, taking time for myself can be a real challenge.
But in 2017, I’m recognizing that I need to spend more time on myself so that I can be better for everyone counting on me.
This new Moroccan Argan & Camellia Oils regime works wonders. It moisturizes with Omega 6 and Vitamin E so it tames the frizzies, gives me body, and brings out the shine. All that and it smells wonderful, too! I’m not sure how to describe the scent…it’s fresh, not over-powering…a very light spiciness might be a good way to explain it.
One “trick” that makes a difference for my hair is being scrupulous about rinsing out all shampoo before applying conditioner. If you don’t, shampoo seems to get “trapped” by the conditioner, making hair dull and flat.
Routinely, I work conditioner throughout my hair and focus on saturating the longer strands instead of my scalp so that’s what I’m doing with this new product, too.
The Illuminating Moroccan Oil treatment works three ways. It doesn’t take much and you can use it before you shampoo for extra nourishment, before brushing to de-tangle or use as protection before blow-drying. It seems to give hair an extra boost of “oh yeah”!
Each blend of the Whole Blends line focuses on helping individual issues. For example, there’s also a new Legendary Olive Blend that strengthens and restores even the most dried out, sensitized hair.
Garnier’s Whole Blends products are paraben-free and include natural extracts. The Moroccan Argan Oil extracts are sustainably sourced.
All this and it doesn’t blow the budget! Price points are remarkably reasonable. Bonus: there’s a coupon to make it even sweeter.
Forget the promissory notes and do something to shake off the winter meanies. Pamper yourself with Garnier Whole Blends Moroccan Argan and Camellia Oils. You’ll look great, you’ll smell good and you’ll have enough money left over to buy a spring-like bouquet!
