We love doing crafts with kids and then being able to display them during holidays. This neon-colored Witch would be the perfect way to let your kids have some messy fun. Draw out the background and then let them create their very own witch with neon finger paint. Let them add a hat or maybe even a bat or two to make the scene more fun.
